Tasha has over 30 years of experience of working in the banking sector with businesses big and small.
During this time he held several positions, including Executive Director of Stanbic Bank Botswana, a leadership position he held for 8 years. He has been the proud recipient of a number of accolades, inclusive of but not limited to the EIMA Africa Project Finance Deal of the Year Award. Since 2016 he has been responsible for helping larger businesses migrate their activities into Africa. His current application of this knowledge accumulated over the years, helps businesses avoid repeating common mistakes, to accelerate their growth.
Francois Herbst – CA(SA)
Francois is one of the founding members of House of Growth.
From a young age, Francois has stimulated his entrepreneurial spirit through his involvement in numerous projects and businesses. At the age of 16, he founded and managed his first business, which was profitable from inception. He soon realized that a good financial foundation is a cornerstone for financial success and sustainable growth, and he decided to pursue a degree in accounting. In 2017 he won SAICA Top 35 Under 35 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Jaco Bezuidenhout – BComm
Jaco matriculated from Paul Roos Gimnasium before extending his studies at the University of Stellenbosch. He completed his BComm degree in Investment management and BComm Honours degree in Business management focusing on Financials & Investments.
He has an absolute passion for the financial environment and believes that a long term goal is crucial. Having a plan, and monitoring it, is a priority that will always help any business.

Annemarie Meisenholl – CA(SA)

She is passionate about helping clients grow in their knowledge of key financial areas in their business. She is a people’s person, pays attention to detail and loves simplifying and explaining difficult accounting concepts. She believes that when entrepreneurs are equipped with the ability to apply financial knowledge practically in their business, their business will grow from strength to strength.
Melissa Bothma – AGA (SA)
She grew up in a small town, Beaufort West, in the heart of the Karoo. At an early age she fell in love with accounting and decided to pursue a degree in accounting. After completing her degree, she started her SAICA articles at a firm in Cape Town, while completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences at the University of South Africa. In 2016 she completed her articles, where after she joined a firm as Auditing Manager, where she was responsible for her own portfolio of clients for more than 3 years.
